Prof. Sabine Heinemann will take over as Head of the Institute on November 1, 2025.
At the same time, we are pleased to announce that Prof. Steffen Schneider will take on the role of Deputy Head of the Departmetn.
Together, they will continue the successful work and provide new impetus in research, teaching and cooperation.
Our heartfelt thanks go to Prof. Kurt Hahn and Prof. Barbara Hinger for their outstanding commitment, their professional and organisational work and their great dedication over the past few years. Under their leadership, the Department has developed significantly in terms of content and structure and has set a decisive course for the future.
We wish the new director and her deputy every success and enjoyment in their new tasks and look forward to working with them.
