The flat is located on the third and last floor of a house from the late 1920s, in the quiet and green yet central Trieste district, in a parallel street of Via di Villa Ada, with a direct bus connection to the city centre and the main railway station and not far from La Sapienza University. The Annibaliano underground station is just a few minutes' walk away.

The 170 m² flat is only partly used by our Austro-Italian family, in particular by our father, an emeritus professor of philosophy and history. As we no longer occupy the flat in its entirety, we are happy to provide a room with shared use of the kitchen and bathroom. The rent of EUR 490/month is deliberately moderate, and we do not see it as a conventional letting, but as a contribution to the running costs of the flat (electricity and heating, insurance etc.), and would be delighted if this would make it easier for people who love Rome to stay in the Eternal City.
