Public speaking competition "My thesis in 180 seconds" – in Austria

Call for applications: Speech competition "Ma Thèse en 180 secondes" – in Austria

The Institut français d'Autriche would like to draw your attention to the competition "Ma Thèse en 180 secondes" ("My Thesis in 180 Seconds").

The "Ma Thèse en 180 secondes" ("My Thesis in 180 Seconds") competition is being held in Austria for the 8th time. Doctoral students from all disciplines present their thesis in French in just three minutes – with the aim of convincing the jury and audience.
Open to all disciplines.
Prerequisite: Be enrolled as a doctoral student at an Austrian institution. The exact admission criteria can be found here<https://www.institutfrancais.at/sites/default/files/inline-files/MT%202026%20Cahier%20du%20candidat_0.pdf>.
Dates:

Application deadline: 8 March.
An information event will be held on 11 March for participants.

Austrian final: 17 March at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna).
Central European final: 17 June at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) for the three winners of the Austrian selection.
