From 12 to 16 May, the Erasmus + Blended Intensive Programme (BIP - Blended Intensive Programmes) entitled Mediation Strategies in the Teaching of Italian in Multilingual Contexts and Multimedia: Communication and Media will take place at the Department of Italianistics of the Faculty of Humanities. In a combination of lectures, practical workshops and discussions, students and lecturers from the University of Graz, the University for Foreigners of Siena and the University of Primorska will be involved.
Through innovative ways of learning and teaching, current methods of foreign language teaching and multilingualism will be presented. Particular added value derives from the critical examination of different research traditions and their application in linguistically and culturally diverse teaching and learning groups. The aim is to prepare students so that they can critically analyse and create new digital resources for the study and teaching of languages, in particular Italian as L2, while at the same time finding out how technology can promote linguistic acquisition.
Programme by Nives Zudič Antonič (University of Primorska), Simona Bartoli Kucher (University of Graz) and Carla Bagna (University for Foreigners of Siena)
