Get up close and personal with Romance languages and cultures!

Open house Uni Graz

Major Open Day at the University of Graz on 9 April 2026 

Once again this year, the Department of Romance Studies will have a strong presence at the main event organised by the universities of Graz. Visitors from near and far, school pupils, sixth-formers and their guidance counsellors can look forward to a total of five fascinating workshops covering all the major Romance languages:

In addition, students and lecturers from the Institute will be on hand at the Romance Studies information stand (9 am–4 pm, in Area C) to invite you to explore the Romance-speaking world(s) in the heart of Graz in a fun and interactive way.
