Inspired by the motto of this year's teaching focus ('Romania on the move: Mobility and Migration in Romance-Speaking Cultures') numerous Romance scholars from the Department, both teaching staff and student assistants, set off for southern Styria. The destination of a wonderful route through the autumn-colored vineyards was the Platschberg, the Plački vrh, already located in Slovenia, with a spectacular lookout point. On the way back, we couldn't miss a stop at a wine tavern during the best storm season. A lot of Italian, French and Spanish was also spoken on the Styrian-Slovenian border on this golden October Saturday!
